Just finished up a con here in Vegas by Frontline Gaming.  Pretty awesome stuff.  Had a lot of looks and explanations of the upcoming game.

Hey, News worthy...We are building the store and "Hondo" Brandon is putting that together for selling off chunks of WarDice stuff.  So, hurry up Hondo.  We had to change to GobboTown gaming because every fool in the world took Goblintown since the movies came out.  I was the first fool and have been using it for the last 20 years, but didn't start up the website until now.  My bad.  Well, GobboTown has a cute "ring" to it anyway. "cough" "cough"

Apparently, the lizard guys which were so cool have been resculpted.  The Garn are so awesome I ordered an army of em.  Now what can I use for IA the soil mother and a Warbeast?

As far as the human race, any human army from modern to scifi would be acceptable.  Each nation setup multiple colonies in space.  Furthermore, each corporation set up hundreds of stations and empires in space as well.

These would make great Trogs by Khurasan Miniatures.

I see the Wyrm and Rhiv being represented by the Kra'vak by Ground Zero Games.

I imagine the Paladins looking like these White Dragon Miniatures heavy troopers.

Just updated the snipers and engineers into the army lists.  Also, the rulebook was updated with all markers and dice artwork and what the symbols mean.

Updated the reference sheet from tips from the 15mm guys on FB.

Thursday, December 31, 2015

I made the Reference Sheet, finally.  Kind of like a load off the shoulders.  Now I have to port over the dice icons to the rulebook and explain them.  Where there's a whip, there's a way!

The first design for the new markers are done.
So far there is Overwatch in day glow green. (target)
Suppressed in day glow orange. (kpow)
Unit done in transparent red. (stop sign)
Snapfired in day glow yellow. (bullet)
Dug in in transparent green. (figures can move into it)

Woot! The army files are done for the following armies Paladins, Megacorps, Trogs, and Wyrm!  Took awhile.  Hopefully, they are accessible here.  Download the free version of Battlescribe to use.

Updated the vehicle rules.  Finally can rest about those.

Monday, December 21, 2015

I updated and revised the vehicle point costs for the vehicle creation part of the rules.  The types of vehicles are clearly defined now along with their points.  For example, treaded vehicles can carry more weight therefore, can carry more armor.

I need to make a one page aid for the game.  For some reason, it sounds like such a chore.  Mike says I need markers when a unit is done to avoid confusion during the turn.  I'll hit the forum see what peeps say.

It's almost Christmas and some friends came over to test out the new scenario generator and other rules in the game.  We added auto orders to the vehicles as well.  My poor opponent Jorfinn rolled pretty bad at first and assaulted my assault troops which made matters worse.  I smoked his tank in the first turn (total luck!)  So, the game wasn't the best for him.  My objective was to stop this armored vehicle from crossing the board, but I couldn't stop it before the game ended.  After the game, Mike bought a whole army from Khurasan, guess he was impressed with what's going on with the game.  Then, we sat back and used the laser cutter to make some tokens for the game.  Finished up some of the Snapfire tokens and the Overwatch tokens.  I'll post up pictures later.
